Sonnet 14

If thine memory of past is now gone
And darkness lay on very shoulder
If hope and need art not on thee upon
Thou may feel like Sisifuss and his boulder
IF thou can feel Judas, Paul and Peter
Christ, Maria, John and others
Then gold doesn’t spark or glitter
Because thou have ignored thine father
But know that God loves thee, no matter all
And angels guard thine very soul
I’m so much affraid of eventual fall
That will leave thee very cold
Don’t forget that we are all human beings
But this life is so majestic to see it in
